본 강의에서는 과목 1-6에서 습득 한 지식을
어떻게 활용 · 실천할 수 있는지를 체험해 본
강좌 전체에 대한 이해와 함께 얻은 지식을 정
착시키는 것을 목적으로 지식재산이나 기술의
획득을 목적으로 한 가상 인수 사례를 통한 사
례 연구 (그룹 토론)을 실시.
M&A 실행에서는 정보 공개가 제한적인 인수
대상에 대한 가설을 구축하고 신속하게 조사·
분석 (실사)를 실시하여 검증하는 것으로, Go /
No Go의 경영 의사결정을 할 필요가 있으며,
그 검토 축은 경영전략, 재무, 법률, 비즈니스,
지식재산권 등 다양. 특히 제조업과 ICT 업계
등에서는 인수의 전략적 적합성, 지식재산권 위
험을 감시하고 인수 후 지식재산 관리 대응책
